Beers are easy to be found, especially at the convenient store nearby. Many of them have not-so-indistinguishable taste so until now I don't have any particular favorite one. Then, I saw the new product from Bintang, Bintang Radler. It caught my eye and looks so refreshing.
Started with the curiosity about Bintang Radler, I was
tempted to buy and taste it. The flavour is good indeed. The freshness of the
lemon inspired and triggered an idea in my head. I tried to add Bintang
Radler flavor into my favorite homemade Lemon Meringue Pie.
It is surprisingly turns out a good match with the Lemon
Meringue Pie. The sweet and sour of lemon from Bintang Radler
adds the richness of taste to a simple pie. The beer flavour that strikes later
makes it different with other ordinary lemon pies. I love the appealing and
unique taste in every bite of it.
